The vision of women’s roundtable is to have a world where all African women live in peace, with dignity and where there is equality and respect for deprived women and children. We envision a world in which all women and children regardless of race, ethnicity, income level or social status, are nurtured and empowered to reach their fullest potential.

Our mission is to strengthen the leadership, power, and voices of women and children from marginalized and underserved communities. We seek to support women and children to achieve their full potentials; to encourage, enable and facilitate their active involvement in business, employment, learning and community life. We strive to achieve this by harnessing (utilizing) the economic power of women and communities, promoting social inclusion, changing perceptions and influencing policy. Our areas of support include: personal growth & development, health, education and business support.
